Bowling Green, KY – The City of Bowling Green was presented the Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting (PAFR) by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) for its PAFR for the Fiscal Year end June 30, 2020.
